Where is the event?
SaaS Movement is on the campus of Mendel University in Brno, Faculty of Business: Zemědělská 1665/1, 613 00, Brno
What’s the time of registration?
The registration starts at 7:45. The presentations start at 9:00. The after party starts at 17:45 and is happening directly at the event venue.
What do I need for registration on the spot?
To register on the spot, bring your ticket in its printed or electronic form. Based on that, you’ll get a tag including the info you filled out when buying the ticket.
Who can I contact if I have questions?

How do I get to the venue by using public transport?
From Brno’s main train station, take the tram no.9 and get off at Zemědělská stop, and after a 300m walk along the Faculty of Forestry and Wood Technology and the Faculty of AgriSciences, you’ll approach the Faculty of Business and Economics. From Mendel Square, it is possible to take the bus no. 25 or 26 to Zimní Stadion stop and take the Černopolní or Erbenova street uphill, towards the faculty - it’ll take ca 5 minutes.
How do I get to the event by car?
Coming from Prague, exit on the 190th km, direction Svitavy, connect to the second ring road by the exhibition center. Then, stick to the direction of Olomouc and after passing the Dobrovského tunnel, turn to the city center. Continue on the Sportovní street and behind the crossroad, take Erbenova street which will bring you all the way to the faculty.
Where can I park my car?
There is no official parking at the venue, but you can use public street parking in the area. It’s free and usually there are free spots. You can use paid parking at the Cosmopolitan Bobycentrum hotel, which is 10 minutes walking distance from the venue.
Where can I find accommodation?
There are a few accommodation options in one of the hotels near the venue. The closest ones, within a walking distance from the conference, are Avanti and Cosmopolitan Bobycentrum.
Will there be any pictures and videos from the conference available?
After the event, official photos and videos will be available for free. Therefore, there’s no need to bother with the recording of speeches and no need to worry in case you won’t be able to make it to SaaS Movement either.
Will I receive a more detailed info regarding the event via e-mail?
Before the event takes place, everyone will be informed properly, so you’ll for sure get all the important info in time.
Could anyone else fill in for me in case I can’t make it to the conference?
Sure, that’s not a problem. It’s enough to just produce a valid ticket. We’d appreciate if you managed to inform us about it beforehand via kh@smartsupp.com so that we can make the changes in our system.
Do I get my money back in case I can’t make it to the conference?
Unfortunately, that’s not possible. But you can give the ticket to someone else who can use it instead.
Will it be possible to stay online all day?
There’s a free public wifi, available to all the participants.
Where can I store my stuff during the day?
During the entire day, there will be a guarded cloakroom available, however, for capacity reasons, it won’t be possible to store bigger luggage there.
How is it with food?
During the entire day, food and drinks will be available in the form of coffee breaks, lunch and an evening buffet. There will, of course, be vegetarian and vegan options available, too.
What language will the speeches be held in?
Language of the individual speeches will be marked in the program. Some of them will be in English, some of them in Czech.
